Digital PDF & scan delivery
Eligible legal documents and e-Stamp certificates are scanned in high resolution (300 DPI) and delivered directly to your customer dashboard and registered email. Orders approved before the 2:30 PM IST cut-off are scanned on the same day (by 8:00 PM IST). Weekend or public holiday orders are processed on the next business working day.
Physical hard copy dispatch
Where doorstep physical delivery is selected, hard copies are securely packaged in moisture-resistant, tamper-evident envelopes. Dispatch occurs via tier-1 registered courier partners (including India Post Speed Post, DTDC, and Blue Dart). Standard transit time ranges between 2 to 4 business days across serviceable Indian pincodes.
Real-time tracking & telemetry
Customers receive live consignment updates via Track Order, SMS notifications, and registered email with direct Air Waybill (AWB) tracking links once carrier custody is confirmed by our dispatch department.
Address corrections & re-dispatch
If an incorrect delivery address or recipient unavailability leads to failed delivery or return-to-origin (RTO), customers must contact support promptly. Re-dispatch requires address re-verification and standard courier handling charges.
Transit protection & document storage
Physical hard copies are securely preserved for up to 10 days post-generation. While courier SLA exceptions can occasionally occur due to regional logistics disruptions, digital soft copies remain permanently accessible in your account.
