Easy eStamp

e-Stamp Paper Online in Haryana

Haryana issues e-Stamp paper through its own treasury portal, e-GRAS, not through SHCIL. According to the state's official guidelines, e-stamping started in Haryana on 2 May 2015.

The duty is paid on e-GRAS and the stamp paper is then prepared and printed against the payment reference (GRN). You can order through us: we prepare the paper with the right details and deliver it to you.

How e-Stamp works in Haryana

  • The duty is paid on e-GRAS (egrashry.nic.in) under “Non Judicial stamps and Document Registration Fees”, by net banking, card or bank challan.
  • The payment reference (GRN) is then used under “Prepare Stamp Paper” to enter the party details and print the e-Stamp paper; no vendor or bank visit is needed.
  • Refund of an unused e-Stamp is possible with a 10% deduction: within two months of execution, or within six months of purchase if the paper is blank or unsigned (state guidelines).
  • Before we release a certificate to you, our team looks up its number on the official verification system and records that check.

Check that your certificate is genuine

  1. Keep the GRN (payment reference) printed on your Haryana e-Stamp paper.
  2. Check the payment on the Haryana e-GRAS portal using “Verify Challan” or “Verify Payment”.
  3. Make sure the amount, purpose and party names match the paper you hold.
